Kayaking the Big Flood - 9/9/14

On Monday, Sept 8th, was a record day for rainfall in the Phoenix area. We managed to find time to do a little kayaking (the next day ) with the kids in a nearby retention pond.  They had soooo much fun.  As I am writing this, we are waiting for the remnants of hurricane Odel to make it's way here. I don't think it will bring nearly the rain we had last week, but any rain is welcome!
