Hunter just came home this week from school after playing Reindeer Games. He had a blast and I couldn't resist taking these pictures. He has also spent the last two days at school chasing after a gingerbread man all around the school and building his very own gingerbread house. He cut his house down into pieces today and we each helped him gobble down the walls of his fine architecture! Hunter is growing up to be a super smart little man and full of life. he keeps telling is that he is going to marry Kinley. silly Hinter! It sure is a fun time of year.
We have also spent two nights caroling as a family to our neighbors and dropping off homemade cookies. It has been really fun for the kids and us parents to watch them. We have some pretty sick elderly neighbors and it meant a lot to them to hear these little ones sing their hearts out and bring so much Christmas cheer.
We also took the kids to see the Mesa Temple lights last night and had a great time. It always feels good to be near the Temple!

Alton Preschool
Alton has been having a blast at Preschool. He goes to the preschool on Tuesday & Thursdays at a neighboring Methodist church. His teacher is Mrs. Ham and he loves doing crafts, story time, and of course playing on their playground. He just performed in their Christmas Program and it was so fun to watch. He tried to sing some of the songs and even do some of the hand motions. This was a big deal for him and we are so proud of how much he is learning. Just today he told me that he wants to fly helicopters and airplanes. We'll see how far he goes someday. He has always loved airplanes and sports. We love our little man Alton so much!
Bryce Canyon National Park
On the way back from Utah, we wanted to make one last stop with the kids. We headed over to Bryce Canyon. Steven and I hadn't been there since our Honeymoon (8 years ago) on a cold (VERY cold!) Christmas Eve. It was just as beautiful as I remembered it, just a little more challenging to hike with four more little bodies. It's always tricky having to hike down into the canyons when you are fresh and then hike up out them when you are tired!
We also, stopped for a quick peak at the Glen Canyon Dam from the bridge. It was a treat for the kids! We'll have to take the kids back someday so they can go inside of the dam. Steven and I have done it once and it would be fun to share the experience with them. It is really cool!

Ballerina Kailyn- Nov 29, 2013
Sweet Princess Kailyn just had her Christmas dance recital. She is definitely growing up and LOVES to dance. She is our most creative kiddo out if the bunch and us always singing, playing dress-up, and drawing pictures (often all at the same time). She's a hoot and a blast to be around!
